Getting the Most Out of Your Maintenance Services
At Ready Realty, we provide high-quality, responsive maintenance services. Working within the guidelines will make things easier and faster for everyone involved. We want to make sure you’re getting the most out of your leasing experience, so here are a few tips:
– First and foremost, please submit all maintenance requests through our online portal. This will create a ticket automatically routed to the appropriate team member.
– Include as much detail as possible in your request – the more information you can provide, the better we’ll be able to serve you.

Get To the Right Place Quickly
I submitted a maintenance request, how long until I hear back?
For nonemergencies, expect an average of 3-7 business days. For emergency requests we will response ASAP. If you have submitted a request and haven’t heard from anyone beyond that time, please email support@readyoh.com, and we will get back with you shortly.
What qualifies as an emergency?
True emergencies are rare. Real emergencies would include water intrusions or flooding that is actively damaging the property, no heat in the middle of winter, no AC if the temperature is above 85 degrees, no water, no electricity, or similar issues. Please contact your utility provider first if you are experiencing an electrical outage. For fire, smoke, or similar emergencies, call 911 immediately, then notify our office.
Do I need to be home for maintenance?
Our maintenance crew would prefer if you were at the residence to show them and explain the issue. If you cannot be at the home, be sure they have access and pets are crated or put away in another room.
I did my own repairs, can I get a refund?
Unless these repairs were authorized beforehand, you cannot request a refund. In fact, we would prefer if tenants do not do their own repairs unless they are working with one of our qualified contractors and the work was approved by the owner. Otherwise there is a chance you will be charged for making unauthorized repairs.
